We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and eligibility.

  1. Return Window

We offer a generous 90-day return window for our standard Resolution Options (Section 6) below. This is a goodwill policy and applies separately from, and in addition to, any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as an EU or UK customer — see Section 9.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our standard 90-day policy, items must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage caused by the customer Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return under our standard policy:

Items that have been worn, washed, or used Items without original tags or packaging Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase Gift cards or store credits

These eligibility conditions apply to our standard 90-day Resolution Options. If you are an EU or UK customer exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, see Section 9 — different, more limited conditions apply, and your statutory right is not restricted by this section.

All watches sold through this store are original fashion timepieces inspired by the aesthetics and design language of luxury watchmaking. They are independently designed and manufactured products that draw inspiration from established visual styles — they are not produced by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or identical to any luxury or designer brand.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following:

Returns under our standard 90-day policy (Section 6) will NOT be accepted on the grounds that a watch is not identical or equivalent to a branded luxury timepiece Returns under our standard 90-day policy (Section 6) will NOT be accepted on the basis that the product does not feature a specific brand name, logo, movement, or certification associated with a third-party manufacturer

These watches are not replicas, counterfeits, or imitations of any brand. They are fashion-inspired timepieces sold under the store's own brand identity.

This Design Inspiration Policy applies to return and refund requests made under our standard 90-day Resolution Options (Section 6), after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, or by customers without a statutory right of withdrawal. It does not limit, restrict, or override the unconditional statutory right of withdrawal available to EU and UK customers within 14 days of delivery (see Section 9), which applies regardless of the reason for the customer's decision.

  1. How to Initiate a Standard Return

If you are an EU or UK customer wishing to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, please use the dedicated process described in Section 9 instead of the steps below.

To begin a standard return under our 90-day policy, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions. Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Step 4: Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method. Please retain your proof of postage.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item sent by the store. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return process.

  1. Resolution Options (Standard 90-Day Policy)

This section applies to returns made under our standard 90-day goodwill policy — that is, after any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, or by customers who do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you are an EU or UK customer exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund as described in Section 9, not the options below.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), you will be eligible for one of the following resolutions:

6.1 Store Credit

We will issue a store credit equal to the full value of the returned item(s). Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.

6.2 Exchange

You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6.3 Partial Refund + Store Credit

In certain circumstances — such as items returned in a condition that reflects minor use, or items returned outside standard conditions — we may offer a partial monetary refund combined with store credit for the remaining balance. The split will be communicated to you for approval before processing.

Full monetary refunds are not issued as a standard resolution under this section. If you believe an exception applies to your case, please contact our support team and we will assess your situation individually. This limitation does not apply to statutory withdrawal requests under Section 9.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the issue and your order number. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full store credit, exchange, or resolution at no additional cost to you.

  1. Processing Times (Standard 90-Day Policy)

3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing after receipt

Up to 5 business days for store credit to appear in your account

Up to 10 business days for any partial monetary refund to reflect on your payment method

Processing times for statutory withdrawal requests are different — see Section 9.

  1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This statutory right exists independently of, and is not limited by, our standard 90-day policy described in Sections 1–8 above, including the Design Inspiration Policy in Section 3.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods (or, for orders with multiple items delivered separately, within 14 days of receiving the last item), without giving any reason. This right applies regardless of your reason for withdrawing — including personal preference, change of mind, or any comparison to other products or brands.

To exercise this right: Please submit your request through our dedicated Withdrawal Form at https://www.kingsleychronos.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form, also linked in the footer of our website.

You will need to provide your name and order details and confirm your request in a second step. We will send you an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.

If you withdraw within this period, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw (or from when we receive the returned goods, whichever is later). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method — not as store credit, exchange, or partial refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.
